Jamie of Gather + Sustain met up with Emma Preston-Dunlop, the creator of The Butch Institute. The Butch Institute specialises in small batches of delicious and seasonal jams, jellies, chutneys and other preserves. 

They talked about Emma's route into jam making, butch style and diversity (or lack of it) in popular food culture.
