One of the most famous and most diverse Hungarian djs and radiOzora's music editor Tsubi shares his hottest favorite psy hits on 19th October Saturday 8pm CET.
Music has played an integral part in Tsubi's life ever since his early childhood. While all the other boys were climbing trees or digging up worms in the backyard, Tsubi found himself being drawn to his fathers record player. His father's vinyl collection served as his first musical building blocks, and having introduced himself to some of fundamental artists and genres, he quickly started to form a thirst for more.
The passing years saw Tsubi expanding his horizons from simply enjoying all that the colourful musical palette has to offer, to collaborating with others to create ways for others to enjoy it too. He started getting into the electronic music scene in his early school years, and having already accumulated an impressive collection of his own, started organising parties with other like-minded music enthusiasts.
By the time he reached his late teens, Tsubi and a fellow dj friend were throwing parties that gathered sizeable crowds of people out for a fresh, underground experience. His constant search for anything new and exciting eventually led him to his first psytrance party in 1999. He got his finger on the Hungarian psytrance pulse after just a year, and quickly became one of the scene's must-haves. In the years to follow, Tsubi was invited to play by pretty much all the underground party organisers in the country, and became a well-known favourite at the best psy events the local scene has to offer. Since joining Bubble's Human Touch booking agency in 2005, Tsubi has shown just how versatile and open he is musically, which has been one of his major success factors. His adaptability to any given event, the line up, and the overall vibe has allowed him to showcase his incredible knowledge of different genres and how to build on, and play with them.
Tsubi's evolved taste in sound and many years of mastering the art of mixing took him further around the world to spread the dance grooves. He has since been invited to play at some major events like Boom, Ozora, S.U.N, Glade, Full-Moon, Hill-Top, Bakony and Sziget. With over a decade of experience, fused influences, and unlimited interest in all that is electronic, Tsubi has now taken the next step and started a party series with friends. The fresh collaboration, called Loading Zone, focuses on introducing party goers to artists and sounds that have yet to claim their territory in the Hungarian scene. With a deep understanding of what is needed to keep feet moving, people smiling, and the crowd screaming for more, Tsubi and the Loading Zone team have found a unique way to participate in taking the local music scene forward. Fellow Loading Zone aficionados can always expect something fresh and interesting from Tsubi's sets, ranging from full-psy, psy-prog, techodelic, all the way to downtempo. And at the end of the day when it's time to go out, isn't that what we're all after: something fresh, something new, something with a groove.

ALLABY LIVE @ GLADE FESTIVAL 2005

This was the first ever Allaby live performance, closing the Nano Records 'Origin' Stage on a magic, Sunday summer evening in 2005.
It's about this time of year that we start to miss the 'Glade Festival', the greatest dance music event the UK has produced. It's sad for me, not only because it was my favourite party but also they launched my career as a live electronic artist. So I decided to release this remastered performance as a tribute. 
The crowd noise is the audio taken from my brothers camera which filmed the whole set from the dancefloor.

Ideal Audio presents the fourth and final instalment of Oliver Huntemann and Dubfire's seminal ELEMENTS series. These techno heavyweights have worked together on numerous projects over the years, but it is their Elements collaborations that have shone impressively as a complete body of work. AGUA is the final piece of the music puzzle and completes the series that first saw the light of day back in 2010 with the scorching FUEGO.

2011 brought us TERRA, firm and powerful with its devastating breakdown. 2013 saw us breathe in the mystical AIRE, harnessing the elements of the previous tracks to build a fresh and magical moment. AGUA, as its name suggests, flows effortlessly, helped in no small part by the sultry vocal of Xenia Beliayeva, but kicks in equal measure.

Signing off in such style has also lead to Ideal Audio drafting in some heavy weight talent on the remixes. Carl Craig, under his C2 moniker, dives straight in to strip the original to its core. A single drum beat, siren, clap… and then the kick. Petar Dundov twists the original’s elements into a bubbling acidic stream that washes over us. An impressive package for an impressive finale!

2004 was the year that two old friends, Andreas and Denis, decided to hit the studio to have some fun. After a couple of days the first tune was created and they were both very happy with the result. They decided to continue making music together and so Gaudium was born. Gaudium is the Latin word for satisfaction which is basically what music should be to the ears.

Both Andreas and Denis have been involved in several music projects before they decided to start producing together. At the end of 2004 the Swedish record label Spiral Trax heard a Gaudium track that really caught their attention and that became the start of the first album Nordic Nature. The album was released during the summer 2005 and received great reviews from both fans and critics all over the world, some even claiming it to be the best progressive release of the year (!)

The year after the album was released turned out to be a very productive time for Gaudium and they released tracks on labels like Flow, Plusquam, Sinn-Tech and Yellow Sunshine Explosion. Remixes on tracks by artists like Ace Ventura, Sensifeel, Visua and Symphonix were also made. 

Gaudium creates music that can be described as progressive psychedelic trance with elements of both house and techno. This attracts an audience that is used to the sounds of Spiral Trax, Iboga and Digital Structures as well as the crowd that are more familiar with harder progressive house such as Marc O’Tool and Krüger & Coyle.

In 2006 after the sad news that Spiral Trax label group stopped existing Gaudium went back to the studio to focus on not going down with the ship. A new album started to take shape and a record deal with the highly respected Danish label Iboga was made.

Gaudium is a name you will hear a lot from in the future. New remixes, performances around the world and fresh material produced for the second album will be presented. Stay tuned and make sure not to miss any of it :)
