Hardeep Sahota was born and raised in Punjab, India and was initiated into the dance form of Punjabi Folk Dances from a very young age. He quickly realized that he had a passion for the art form and spent a decade mastering the fundamental rhythms and movements. Hardeep has participated in bhangra competitions and events across the globe and won many prestigious competitions. One of Hardeep’s greatest accomplishments is to become the first CTDA (Canadian Dance Teachers Association) Certified Bhangra Instructor.

I am an independent and underground artist who enjoys making music. As an independent musician, I work outside of the conventional music industry, free from the limits and expectations of large record labels. I follow my own artistic vision without compromising. My music lives in the dynamic underground sector, where daring, unique sounds thrive away from the bright lights of mainstream radio. This is where I flourish, creating art with the strong passion and authenticity that can only be achieved with complete creative freedom.
