This month the electronic explorations continue and I’m joined by ma' good pal Vitling (@vitling), a British-born/Berlin-based DJ, producer also making sounds @bowchurch and @demoscenetimemachine. This track is a part of LY001: Water, a mixtape dedicated to the indigenous struggle for self-determination and land and water stewardship released in May 2022. Inspired by Lumad people’s struggle to defend the Pulangi River (Mindanao, Philippines), Liyang Network Southern California's first mixtape called for contributors to respond to water in any and all of its forms and contexts.

All proceeds go to Liyang Network's Climate Justice Campaign and the Memorial Fund of the New Bataan 5 (Chad Booc, Jurain Ngujo, Elgyn Balonga, Robert Aragon and Tirso Añar)
