Sadly our old page was reported by an envious fellow but rest assured, we've done some payback of our own.

KIRST is a self taught DJ from the outskirts of Edinburgh and has been mixing for a little over a year. 

After attending a diverse range of events and festivals for the past 9 years, she decided it was time to begin her own journey.

Inspired by some familiar names in the trance scene, Bryan Kearney, John O’Callaghan and Billy Gillies just to name a few, KIRST enjoys mixing all sub genres of trance and even occasionally some techno, harder dance or tech house.

To date, KIRST has already played a handful of gigs in her first year, as well as winning DJ competitions and securing a residency with Experience Music, hosting a monthly show titled Ascendance.

UK Makina label supporting up and coming artists. This is a great platorm and music outlet if you want to get your music released! This label has branched off from the future of hardcore owners who have decided to open up in another genre! If you are a Makina producer keen to get your music out there then please submit your tracks to us and if there the standard we are looking for we will get you involved :)
