Xōchipilli [ʃu˕ːt͡ʃiˈpiɬːi] is the god of art, games, dance, flowers, and song in Aztec mythology. His name contains the Nahuatl words xōchitl ("flower") and pilli (either "prince" or "child") and hence means "flower prince".

This is an "Observation Inmersión Profunda" by SavaBorsa, a formation by Gabor Deutsch (Anorganik) and Ferenc Szalay (DJ La Fuente), who had been on different paths for two decades despite their regular meetings at Budapest’s iconic Underground Records store around 1998-1999, but whose paths crossed again, finally filled with consciousness and attraction towards spirituality on both sides. Nurturing and watering that carefully planted seed resulted in a new formation called “SavaBorsa" in the fall of 2019. Now they're diving deep into the jungle night with slow beats, melting melodies, fiery flutes and spacey vocals. The first half of the mix was recorded by Gabor on a rainy night in Ubud, Bali, while the second part was recorded by Feri in icy Budapest. They selected tracks from their favourite artists and finest labels in these genres, with deep gratitude for all of them for creating such beautiful vibes.

It is Saturday and here is my new Ecstatic Dance Upload as promised.

Sorry for having missed the last 2 weeks but I was touring through festivals in Europe so I will upload a special  one here.

This one is N. 14 played @ BOOM FESTIVAL’s Being Fields Shala on 23/7/22

Infinite gratitude to Nir Hermelin and his guitar for the magical sound bath at the end of the journey!

Can’t really describe the excitement of playing in such a special event.

Everything was new to me in terms of playing at BOOM Festival and on top an Ecstatic set in such an environment.

All flowed amazingly well and the crowd of course were super open and ready to follow the journey!!

In the past years I have been hosted, facilitated and held countless Ecstatic Dance Journeys ....

I started my Ecstatic Dance Journey in 2008 at the very beginning of the now famous Yoga Barn in Bali, then in 2016 I gave birth to the Sunday Mornings Dances at Pyramid Yoga in Koh Phangan and the Evening Friday dances in Jaran's.
Consistently started to record my sets (or almost) only in 2017/18.

I will try now to upload one every Saturday starting from those days ...... raw as they are (as I do not even re listen to them before uploading them!!)

Follow me in my Ecstatic Journey and let's see where we will end up ....
