Is there a relationship between (being at) ease and dis-ease?

The question poses itself during a period of intense stress. One occurrence after another leading to a prolonged tensing of the body. Perhaps the shoulders and arms are tight, the forehead scrunched, the stomach held in. Perhaps its elsewhere or perhaps all over. Wherever it is, what can help, what can alleviate the tension and replace it with a feeling of ease?  

As I sit at my desk, it comes to mind that certain tracks that are deep and drawn out, like long in and out breaths, cause a relaxing of the body…a releasing of tension and the self resulting in a sinking deeper into one’s body, one’s home, one’s church and a feeling of ease…being at ease,

True ease for me feels joyous and like freedom and flow and so, as I flow through the drawn out tracks, conscious of breath and the act of breathing, a physical relaxation followed by a psychological relaxation ensues and glimmers of joy and a feeling of freeness begins to seep through. This is ease…my body and self love this ease. I am at ease for now.

You can also find more from this skilled producer under his alternative moniker, Justnique. By this time last year, we had worked with him on a remix for Lalo Leyy and Chanknous "6PM" release. Which he provided a remix as Justnique alongside legendary Italian Producer, Vincenzo. To this day his remix of 6PM still remains one of our top 5 listened and liked tracks on SoundCloud.

We're happy to say we're currently working with him on a new release as Flying Moth coming soon to Cromarti Records. So keep your ears to the floor for more announcements on that!
