Closing a festival of this magnitude was an huge honour , I hope you enjoy the recordings as I did enjoy playing this set in front of so many beautiful faces.

What a 10 year musical mission it has been traveling through the multiverses of Another Psyde Dark Progressive soundscapes that set a different tone that resonates throughout the universe. The global search has been far and wide to bring you a first class showcase of producers and artists from Australia, France, Germany, Brazil, Israel, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria and Hungary. 

The mission statement entailed traveling through the multiverses of the dark soundscapes to Another Psyde of the moon, set up a home base and make contact with any alien civilizations, documenting the journey of what they discovered in sound. This ship was captained by label Dj’s MnemonicTrip and Whosplayn, the APR crew did not disappoint providing dark melodic twisting beautiful earworms with rumbling baselines and soundscapes that travel far and wide.

A very special Terrafractyl set made especially for Questival, filled with dwarfs, elves, dragons, Bards, swordplay, Rings of power even a little bit of Hypnagog every now and again (this is not actually the exact questival set, but something very close to it ;) )  After many people telling me over the years that my music was great background music for gaming, this was a bit of an attempt to represent a big epic fantasy quest through music and I relished the opportunity to try and remix some things...(!)
note: some bits of some new Unreleased terrafractyl tracks are in there, they have been trimmed to not give away too much, and are also in early draft form, so expect them to be v different on release!!

Beyond Exploration - 26.11.23

PSYDEWISE is In Focus with us this time with a live set focusing on his latest projects, a much more refined production, as he says, compared to his earlier material. Born in Cape Town, South Africa during the late 80s, Psydewise was fortunate enough to grow up with a wide selection of alternative music introduced to him by his weird and wonderful parents. He was introduced to psychedelic trance by his aunt, who used to make mini discs with all the latest vinyl at the time, like Infinity Project, Hallucinogen, GMS, Infected Mushroom, Grapes of Wrath, Cosma, Atomic Pulse, Antix and Artefact were just a few that really rewired and inspired him! After moving to the UK and meeting people who were using Ableton Live, was the first time he used the program and was hooked. He taught himself most of what he knows today but it would never have been possible without the incredible collective knowledge of out beautiful psychedelic trance community!

GazÉlektrik est une DJ montréalaise qui se spécialise en Psytrance immersive et groovy. Elle a rapidement été recrutée par le label Alchemists Pact Records au début de son parcours, où elle trouve bien sa place. Elle a joué lors de plusieurs événements emblématiques de la scène Psy/Techno au Québec, comme les festivals Timeless, Khůmeia, Era, et Soundwave, et lors des soirées comme Pandemonium, Noreiner, Parallele, Myst, ElleSheMists et d’autres. 

Ses DJ sets font voyager les danseurs et racontent une histoire parsemée de surprises, tout en évoluant vers une ambiance toujours plus enivrante, propre à l’état de trance. Son but est de créer un espace de ressourcement mental et physique pour les participants de son dancefloor, tout en les électrisant !
