DJ, label manager, graphic designer and general ne'er do well GK Machine aka Gordon Mackinnon has been pursuing his numerous artistic ventures for the better part of two and a half decades.

Currently operating Invisible Inc records since 2015, the label specialises in psychedelic oddities catering towards aficionados of something a little more cosmic. Whether the music be ambient, tropical disco, new wave industrial techno or space rock, that psychedelic edge is always there.

GK Machine has himself been DJing in clubs, bars, illegal raves, boat parties and secluded beaches for more than half his life...each set different from the last. January 2023 marked his 28th anniversary of getting behind the decks.

This weekend on 16th September 2023 you can catch GK Machine play with Counterterraism at Upstairs, Inverness, Scotland.

In the murky depths of Scotland, emerges Svelt, a figure steeped in mystery and intrigue. A teenage virtuoso, he wielded the turntables with an otherworldly skill that set tongues wagging in the mid-'90s. His genesis? A covert gift of decks on his 16th birthday, marking the beginning of a journey veiled in secrecy.

For a decade, Svelt prowled the shadows, his identity obscured by the cloak of his moniker. Whispers of his enigmatic talent spread like wildfire, drawing the curious and the clandestine to his hypnotic beats. From local haunts to global airwaves, his presence remained a puzzle, each appearance adding a layer to the enigma.

But Svelt's reach stretched far beyond Scotland's borders. His seductive rhythms lured him South to Salford and across the North Sea to Berlin's pulsating heart. And then, a crescendo of whispers erupted into a deafening roar as he stepped into the limelight, headlining for Manctalo legends Red Laser at The White Hotel

As the release of Vestibular Glow's debut EP on Regulardisco is approaching - we took this opportunity to showcase the vision of the artist even broader.
Vestibular Glow is the alias chosen by Sviatoslav Nemchenko in 2021 to start his journey as a musician, debuting in his hometown of Dnipro. He learned to play the piano as a child, so when he later discovered electronic music, it was no surprise that he felt drawn to explore it. Sviatoslav believes that combining both dark and light elements in music deeply enhances the expression of any genre.
While DJing (and producing) he combines many genres - yet still forming a recognizable sound. He mixes EBM, New Beat, Post-Punk, Gothic Rock, Dark Disco, Acid, Synthwave, Minimal Synth, Darkwave, Coldwave, Indie Dance, New Wave, Electro, Industrial, Italo, and others - we guess that pretty much tells it all about how interesting and deep Sviatoslav's sets can be.
The mix starts off with the title track from the upcoming release "I Don't Give A Fuck" - and we can't wait to share it in full with you.

In her music productions she assumes the role of a contemporary troubadour, weaving together rigid rhythms, minimalist synthesizers, and reverberated vocals, veering at times into almost-pop territories. We're happy to share this outstanding selection by smittness with you!
