It's spring time, so about time for Jakarta Records to drop another seasons compilation in the form of "Spring In Jakarta".

Otis Junior & Dr.Dundiff was a little personal favorite discovery this year. Their debut EP that they dropped in our dub plates series was full of magic just like "Reaching". We're sure these guys have a golden future ahead of them....

One of the many recordings of Chaka Khan with Chicago band Rufus, "Live In Me" is part of their 1979 album "Masterjam", produced by Quincy Jones. 

Warm and groovy, this song is also a bit "cheesy" to me by moments, so here is a nudisco rework, where I kept the grooviest parts while adding some punchier beats & bassline.
