When your overwhelmed its always related to thoughts from the past, or for the future, 
Its in our nature as humans to be more present with the moment you are in. As we are separated from nature now, logistically and mentaly...we have lost touch with our nature.
So there are things in life that are good for us to practice and presence could be the most significant. How do we access the future and past ? We cant because we are always in the moment...the past and future are just in your imagination, from the moment your in.
Know Thyself Purely By Nature,
The rest takes good care of itself.
Observe beyond the spectrum of senses... there is nothing predictable nor linear regarding what I create. Many of my songs are made up of multiple genres ,  My purpose is to connect and be undivided.
We are consciousness and that makes us human.
