'Gr-oy', born in Belgium and partly raised in Germany, is motivated by music and greatly interested in computer programs.
No wonder then that he quickly decided to put these two things together and electronic music became his real passion.
In early 2000’s Grégory started producing electronic music using Reason and Fruity Loops but then life intervened.
After a very long break, he seriously restarted his own productions in 2009 and this time using Ableton Live, VSTs, Plug-ins and many others.
His style can be defined as a mix between deep techno/house and dark down tempo.
As his major influences he lists artists and labels such as Thinner, Basic Channel, Swayzak, Ellen Allien, Sascha Funke, Luke Vibert, Kompakt, Dessous Recordings, Warp, Massive Attack,...

Here's an update about the music we are looking for.

History learns people have always seen us as ambassadors of quality electronic music regardless the genres we touch. Over the years music has evolved, so did our musical taste, a combination which is pushing us to think more forward.

In order to focus on what we really want to do and giving artists what they deserve, it's become necessary to discontinue some of our labels. Most of these labels are part of that trance scene which we helped develop in the early 90's. The trance scene of today does not fit our vision, so we will fully focus our 3 remaining trance labels (Subtraxx, Camouflage & Nemesis) on quality progressive trance.

You will wonder now what we really want to focus on, well deep progressive, mini tech, tech house and real progressive house as we have been doing in our own way over the past year on Bonzai Progressive, Bonzai Basiks, ...

Hace ya varios años que Submoover esta depurando su propio toque personal para darse a conocer con su tipo de música. buscando una linea hipnótica y atmosférica con gran cuerpo sonoro y envolvente. Combinando sonido Indo con DubTechno, DeepHouse y hasta el mas contundente underground siempre manteniendo una gran seriedad y elegancia a la hora de elaborar su música y por supuesto abierto a cualquier tipo de creación siempre que este dentro de nuestro estilo. Submoover Records was created from the suburbs of the city of Barcelona and the warm temperatures of Ibiza and Formentera for giving name and style to this young label. Several years ago Submoover started to redefine his own personal touch thanks to its kind of music always looking for a hypnotic and surrounding sound line. We combine Indo sound with DubTechno, Deephouse and even the most powerful underground music, but always keeping our serious and elegant touch while creating our music and of course we are always opened to any kind of work created within our style.
