Petit Biscuit - Sunset Lover (Hirshy Remix)

In this composition I experimented a reduced number of tracks, thanks to some sound patches which sound very big, like the brass-synths of the Hype Synthesizer.

I used two guitars, the Strat and the half hollow body, Italian made Jacaranda, which has a Telecaster shape and features a warm big single coil pick-up on the neck with sound creamy and lively.

The drums come from the stock instrument samples provided by the MPC bundle.

Visual Art

I nearly called it "Random" but I've tried my best to make the piece flow in some way. I just enjoyed going outside my creative comfort zone and try something new.

The lyrics of “Kill For You” were inspired by the profound connection I share with my best friend. Thus, the song basically wrote itself, and, though open to various interpretations, it essentially stands as a platonic love letter to Joel, who is my oxygen in human form.

This is the principal soundcloud channel for original one-man music by gd&themultitracks.  Mainly instrumental, the music was home-recorded in stroud, england using hardware synths & instruments and Audacity community software for editing and mixing the individual multitracks.  I've had great enjoyment in making (& listening to!) the music, but any plays or feedback would be much appreciated. 
The music spans a wide range of sounds & genre.  I've put a selection of tracks into playlists which cover much of the music:  rock, melodic rock, soft guitar, ambient, electronica, soundtrack, jazz & blues..
