Maybe it's because I'm an Artist and like creating characters, so my sims are just all over the place; But the sims in these videos are almost painfully basic lol; Sims 4 has pretty extensive customization and there is TONS of Custom Content available (but there's still a lot you can do with JUST the base game)

I mean, not to be TMI, but that's how I do it (as a 21yo), maybe not like in the video, but pillows are my main way (though a specific pillow with hard edges lol); Personally it's just what I prefer bcs it's easier to think about scenarios; I've tried other ways but I tend to focus to much on the act and can't think of other things lol
