Bio:

D Mayer started his career as a DJ and Producer in 2018, since then he has been developing artistically. The Brazilian seeks to express an identity in his works with melodic and progressive compositions using a lot of feeling in his music. He likes to work with percussive elements and strong timbres, being heavily influenced by brass and string instruments.
He released his first song on Mind Connector Records in 2021, Stoycism was his debut and very well accepted, with that came the invitation for a remix, his second track that would be released by the same label a few months later. Constantly evolving, D Mayer has his first EP released by Prototype Music, the "Imagine This”. And just released his track Valley of Souls by Prisma Techno.
D Mayer, in addition to presenting his monthly podcast, the Taping, is co-founder of the Melodic Eye project.

This weekend we are with a DJ from Spain 🇪🇸, who has been playing music years ago in the best discotheques, clubs and events in Gran Canaria, some clubs in Madrid and Bilbao (Spain). After being away from the music world for many years, he returns to the music scene as a producer. Rober Martin signed his first arrangement with Irma Records and GNE music, also signed his contract with Sunexplosion Records. D-Nox and André team up once more for ‘Sessions Part 1’

Clearly, a collaboration that works for both artists, ‘Sessions’ represents the next phase for the multinational pairing. Whether remixing each other or appearing on the same labels, D-Nox and André’s musical blueprint is finely tuned, as they continue to grow together artistically.

Opening with ‘Discovery’, we immediately deep dive into a world of liquid cool beats, icy pads, and gated vocals. Smooth and chuggy, the track develops a wickedly warm vibe among the deep keys and cinematic sweeps. Uniquely familiar and something you’ll likely hear for a long time to come.

Next up, ‘Cosmic’ follows suit. Rubbery bass and sparse percussion make way for keyed melodics and ethereal vocals. Creating a deeply spiritual sound that transcends current trends, it harks back to the essence of the original prog sound - hard but groovy, fast but trancey. Truly a work of genius.

Rounding out the trio, ‘Brisa’ has housier feels. More robust and upfront than its brothers, it’s a spiky assault of the senses that bristles with peak time energy.
