Back on August 30th, the Motion Room at Fuse became a canvas for AgainstMe’s storytelling. Characterized by physical intensity, the set moved through hypnotic ambiance, a dub focus with patient tension, and saturated textures. He played the tone right for that night, with a selection paving the way perfectly for Psyk and Orbe, who carried the narrative forward in their own voices. In retrospect, the moment will stand as a reference point for deep journeys ahead. Beyond metrics, beyond measure, capturing what this kind of sound truly brings to the dancefloor.

Three hours of incendiary techno, as two veterans go head-to-head.

When Speedy J described his studio dynamic with Chris Liebing back in 2014, he put it bluntly: "I try to piss him off a little." The result? Dance music that's as functional and precise as Liebing demands, with just enough chaos to keep it interesting. That tension has defined the duo's partnership, Collabs 3000, since their first releases, and it's alive and well on their debut RA Mix. 

Both artists are techno heavyweights in their own right. Jochem Paap, AKA Speedy J, helped Europe slow down after the breakneck '90s, proving that techno could chug as well as pummel. Liebing, meanwhile, commanded his popular label CLR and went from transforming schranz into the hard techno sound that recently swept up a younger generation of ravers. 

As a pair, Collabs 3000 undeniably has its ear trained on the big room. Paap and Liebing are both former Berghain regulars, and the Berlin club's influence is clear across RA.1006: taut, muscular techno, or "effective and structured" in Liebing's words, with Paap injecting the right amount of unpredictability. Their 2005 full-length, Metalism, remains a landmark: polished, uncompromising and dynamite for any large sound system. 

With the album now remastered for its 20th anniversary, Collabs 3000's RA Mix brings that same ferocious energy into sharp focus: smouldering textures, peak-time pressure and three unrelenting hours of classic techno.

✈ To celebrate this new episode, we are proud and delighted to welcome the talented DJ & producer : Uun. 

Uun's techno blends widescreen grayscale imagery with propulsive dancefloor pressure. Whether crafting what Hardwax dubs "straight ahead techno juggernauts" or deep, introspective  tools, his work is grounded in a masterful command of atmosphere and texture.

Uun developed his interest in fringe sounds as a guitarist and drummer in his hometown of Kansas City before shifting his attention to electronic music in 2012. This led him to relocate to Detroit, where he spent seven years pushing deeper into the underground techno scene, refining his production and performance methods. Between the Midwest and several periods in
Berlin—another city he's found a deep connection to—he's honed a style that's allowed his music to nimbly navigate between different subgenres, "quietly infiltrating" the genre from multiple angles at once.

Uun's sound and his ability to mold it into a variety of forms has captured the attention of lauded techno labels like Mord, Semantica, and Soma. On his own Ego Death imprint, he pushes past genre confines and deeper into his music's underlying themes, exploring existentialism, duality, and the role of the artist in the modern era. His first full length, 2022's Derealization, interrogated
dreams through rebuilding memories of liminal spaces, and on his latest Ego Death release, 2024's Platform Decay, he laces his tracks with a poignant criticism of social media-driven cultural homogenization while doubling down on his own uncompromising sound.

As a live performer, Uun distills years of his studio practice into cathartic sets that build off his productions while pushing them into exploratory new territory. His live show has taken him to legendary clubs like Berlin's Tresor, Tbilisi's Khidi, Detroit's Movement Festival, and Brookyln's
Basement, and alongside the decade-plus of releases under his belt, it's safe to say Uun's infiltration of techno might not be so quiet for much longer.

BIOGRAPHY:
The Berlin based dj and producer Bamdad aka I AM BAM is a young artist who has been musically raised between Los Angeles, Tehran and Sydney. 

He is currently a name of high demand in the techno music scene. Despite his early debut I AM BAM has managed to release on top techno record labels. Futhermore he will have upcoming releases on Suara, Quartz Rec., Paul Ritch's imprint - Off Recordings, Octopus Recordings and Odd Recordings to just to name few.

His love for the band Queen and the classic rock bands inspired him to get into this wonderful journey. He started out as a guitarist and songwriter at an age of 11 by experimenting and recording in different studios between Los Angeles, New York, London and Sydney as a session musican.

2016 was an important year for I AM BAM: Only 6 months of self-taught productions skills he released his first track. 
''Lose Control'' which was released on Spinnin Records and got the support of radios such as BBC Radio 1 and a lot of DJ's in the industry.

His productions caught the attention and the regular support of names such as: Carl Cox/Paul Ritch/Ellen Allien/Coyu/Gary Beck/Adam Beyer/Ramiro Lopez/Joseph Capirati/Richie Hawtin/Fatima Hajji/Davide Squillace and many others who believe in his work.

Through his enthusiasm, his persistence and his love for music, his productions have been recognised worldwide in such a short time.

The future is looking bright for this promising young talent.
