Set Upp Shades

Á Geigsgötum is an experimental project, founded in Akureyri, Iceland. Their first full length album ‘Draumar hverfa skjótt’ was recorded from 2015-2020 and released on ocober 24th. The album is released through the DIY record label MBS skífur (Mannfólkið Breytist í Slím skífur).  

The music is cold and inspired by the short days and melancholy, driven by uncertainty, doubt and misconceptions and the lyrics fluctuate between nihilistic tendencies and emotional meaning.
