His personal style is characterised by the rich atmospheric spectrum of electroacoustic sounds – unusual in electronic dance music – driven by irresistible grooves. The work of the Hamburg-based artist has taken on epic proportions under various project names on his own label Roo Rec. Today his main projects are Klordop (for ambient techno) and Segensklang (for space music).

„Helge Frerikson has found his fulfilment over the last two decades in playing deep, groovy & minimal House Music – straight from Vinyl. 

He already played alongside greats of the scene like Sven Väth, Butch, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Thomas Hammann, Damiano von Erckert only to name a few and had mainstage slots at Festivals like "Nature One" and played in hotspots such as Istanbul, Tbilisi and Budapest.

Helge wins hearts by going back to the roots and bringing delicate house vibes to the dancefloor. Always with a smile and lots of black gold, Frerikson delivers his distinctive style to the crowd – which just can’t stand still when he’s putting the needle to the record.“ (AOU)

"Frerikson is one of the so called „Strictly Rhythm Generation“, playing House and Techno music as dj since the 90s. 
Entering the charts in the UK with his track DAMAI in co-production with Benno Block as Block&Frerikson, he is now more than well known for his productions in electronic music as well as for his dj-sets which are downloaded more than incredibly a thousand times on soundcloud. 

His productions of deep House and Techhouse music are filled with pleasant surprises of detailed highlights in using warmly elements of analog instruments.

He already played at festivals like „Nature One“ in the main area „HOUSE OF HOUSE“ together with artists like Sven Väth, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Butch, Dominik Eulberg, Gabriel Ananda, Format:B and Einmusik to only name a few..." (aurélie records)
