Rebel as an artist was created whilst serving a 8 year Custodial Sentence for Conspiracy to Supply Class A drugs… whilst on his journey, he enrolled on a music production class & that is where the journey began.

the music you see on this platform is mainly all recorded at HMP Springhill as he came to the end of serving his sentence.

Rebel prides himself on bringing you Raw emotion & real life in his music. The vulnerable, the good & the bad & also life’s lessons & his journey so far.

In his own words, “ I always knew I could rap, & had a talent, but I struggled to feel like I was relatable, I wasn’t the tough kid or the super popular kid at school, so I was very guarded about showcasing myself” 

“going to prison having just turned 23 was a blessing in disguise” it not only saved me from becoming a product of my environment, but it gave me the time to grow up & find myself… find who I wanted to be as a musician & what I wanted to promote… “I guess it gave me a story to tell” 

“I just want to share my art & hopefully inspire others to do the same, or make positive changes to their lives”

“I’m not pursuing a career in music for money & Fame… if that should come, then so be it, I’m just happy hearing people say they heard my music & hopefully they enjoy it”

Rebel has been away from the music scene for a while navigating life, but is on course to release some new material In 2024 - 2025 after welcoming his children into the world. So keep a look out for what he says is his finest work yet to come.
