For the debut episode of Genderfunk Radio, it only felt right to call on someone who’s been holding it down for Hanoi’s baby queers since the early days: TrinhNu—aka Nam Phung (宀 Music / Studio Adventure, Hanoi). A staple of the scene since 2016 and part of the first wave of queer Vietnamese DJs to step into the spotlight.
