As we shake, cry and dance together, we emerge  as one unified force of purity, wisdom and grace. Together, united in harmony, we emerge as a tribe as a family. We are shifting out of individuals to the collective .We can no longer sustain the old paradigm . We are together, a force of the feminine that carries love and compassion into this planet and together, we rise through the darkness. In the beginning, was the Word.
We heard it, we read it, but have we understood and embodied it?

When it comes to the word "prayer" most of us think in terms of religion and God.
What if we told you that prayer, is nothing more than words infused with strong intention and emotion?

It wasn’t until a couple of years ago that I started to work in ways I haven’t known before, alongside a person that today I can call mentor and brother, Arkin Çelik, and that has introduced me to a school of thought and a school of expression that changed my life!

Arkin introduced me to a text that said to work as a command/contract with life and aimed for the higher benefit and joy of humanity.

He invited me to revisit it and to add music.

A year ago the “Prayer of the Highest Good & Potential” has been released to the world from the social media accounts of @themusicmedicine and got incredible feedback from all around the world.

A text composed in years and that is a distilled extract of all the knowledge and wisdom of ourselves and our teachers.

During many months we kept meeting and discussing "expression design" - his craft - among other interesting stuff, and how important it is to use the word correctly and to be precise on our speech and affirmations.

Since the main interest of The Music Medicine is the effect of sound in all forms and the word is a sound, I got hooked when Arkin revealed his intention to co-create and release this powerful prayer that intentionally targets using the word for the good, best benefit and potential of anyone who uses it and anyone who is involved!

It has been a long and meticulous process to choose together the right words and finally to combine them with the right music!

A year after we have re-visited the same text, I added 100% self-composed music and I am more than happy to release the updated version to the world, today, on the energetic portal of 12/12/20, which favors the manifestation of new beginnings, dreams & projects!


May it bring you strength, alignment and hope and may it work its positive magic for the highest good and potential into your life!

Perhaps the biggest irony in human existence is that by facing our largest fears we find our greatest freedom. This is one of the many prophetic truths that Richard Rudd tells, and today he joins us on the show to talk about what the current state of the world means from a cosmic perspective. Richard is a teacher, mystic, and award-winning poet, and in his book, Gene Keys, he synthesises practical wisdom to help guide readers to a deeper understanding of themselves and their true potential. In this episode, Richard uses the state of unrest the world is in as a springboard to guide listeners into a state of perception that considers a far wider set of facts. What this moment is really doing to humanity is making them face the fear of death, a fundamental fear which we should be facing, which indigenous cultures have faced through rituals for millennia, but which our modern society has built itself around the avoidance of. We need to face this fear and move through it because on the other side lies our redemption. 


Our global system has become too over-developed, and like any system, it is now beginning to self-regulate by culling itself. Richard uses the analogy of the transformation of the dragonfly, a creature which spends some of its life in darkness only to morph completely, to describe this moment. If we consider ‘deep time’, an infinite universe with cycles, births, and rebirths, what we are going through now becomes much easier to face. Toward the end of our time with Richard, he also talks about contemplation, an art that starts with pausing and leads us to the higher states of our consciousness where many of the truths he speaks about today become more self-evident. Family Potluck, Intentional Cacao Ceremony, a potent and joyful Ecstatic Dance, a journey deep down into the womb of mother earth through fire and drums and more furious dancing with the most epic visual projection...everything made this event worthy of remembering it as our last celebration of 2020.  

GRACIAS 2020 for all the healing, all the transformation and all that  is now left behind so we can step into the next and most updated version of ourselves, that which is compassionate, in deep connection with mother earth and that is able to embody our true spiritual essence as human beings.
