This track features Jenn Cornell playing the cello. (http://montanaskiesmusic.com) Jenn's cello composition was inspired by the Indian flute virtuoso, Hariprasad Chaurasia and a sonata of J.S. Bach. (specifically, the second mov't of sonata in Gm for cello and piano.)  The inspiration came together after we both went to hear the amazing Kirtan group Shantala, who further inspired us both with their indian classical instruments. (http://www.shantalamusic.com) The track contains a 4hz binaural beat and is based on the root chakra.  The base tone is C (128hz).

Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. These can help induce states of relaxation, meditation and help to relieve anxiety and stressed out states. This works best with headphones because binaural beats are panned hard left and right which forces the brain to synchronize the two tones.

here's a basic rundown of the brains states:

Beta - 30hz-13hz - your normal awake state, in higher ranges or above 30hz you may be experiencing stress. In this case, you gotta chill!

Alpha - 13z-8hz - a relaxed and reflective state

Theta - 8hz-4hz - a very meditative state or getting drowsy and drifting off, if your sleepy)

Delta - 4hz and below - deep sleep or a very deep meditative state. Buddhist Monk's brainwaves have been measured in this state during meditation.

Cello Meditation With 4hz Binaural Beat

In this transmission we call on Archangels of the sun. Also, Angels working with Rainbow Quartz crystal. We begin by connecting the crystalline core of the Pineal to the core of the sun and the core of the earth. 

We then do a clearing of all lower agreements and energies affecting the Pineal. We ask for a healing of any damage to the Pineal that needs to be completed through all levels and dimensions. 

We ask for an infusion of light into the Pineal to assist with any discomfort experienced in the head due to ascension symptoms.

This transmission (recorded during a live event in Central London 29th June 2017) is designed to help extract lower unhelpful energies from your physical body and energy bodies. Once this is done it opens the way for you to invoke and then absorb more of your authentic soul light.

In this transmission we protect and seal your energy fields and then call a huge etheric crystal from the 5D Crystalline Earth Grid. We use this to pull out of you any energies belonging to other people. Specifically we pull out sexual energy from past partners that is hanging around your body and energy fields. We pull out emotional energy, anger, grief, pain that is not yours. We pull out mental energy, such as other people’s ideas, thoughts, opinions, beliefs that somehow has become lodged in your energy fields. We pull out any lower energies from the media/news that is affecting you in any way. Surrender this crystal to your Higher Self, release back to the Universe.

Lower Energy Extraction Transmission: Opening to Your Authentic Soul Light

All negativity, disease,(dis ease ) crimes, mental illness, the money system, corruption, corporations, pollution, inequality, suppression of knowledge and greed is from fear. Each act of negativity spurs endlessly repeating and replicating cycles of negativity. This is the cure. Understand all pain and drama and suffering is due to this, forgive the animals that committed these crimes and heal them with this knowledge.
