I'm Joe Sanders, a cool, breeze, out of the box dreamer, comic book lover, wordsmith, and amateur photographer  I appreciate you checking out my page. I've always loved music, movies, and entertainment that could make me leave the hustle and bustle of my world and live in another place, time, or memory for a little while. I guess that's why I got into radio. The artist draws the picture and the radio personality provides the colors to enhance what you don't know about the artist. You could say that for any media really. What are cartoons without voices? What are movies without actors? What are sports without commentators? My roots are Southern born and bred from Birmingham, AL, but moved to Memphis in 1988. I thought I wanted to be an animator in high school but in college, discovered radio. Through that medium I found my voice not just on the air, but on the page, and through the soundwaves I created in production. I became interested in voice over and met Maria Vu, a talented voice over actress, who fueled my fire to stretch my imagination, and expand my knowledge of voice over. I'm still on that journey.
