generative somatics (gs) makes a critical contribution to social and environmental justice movements. We provide a pragmatic, deep, and actionable approach to embodied transformation. gs programs focus on healing from the impacts of trauma and oppression, and developing embodied leadership skills that concretely strengthen our movements. We sustainably help to create individual, team, organizational and systemic transformation -- and highlight the connections between them.
