Featuring club anthem Never Give Up On Love, slap bass groover The Job and disco dynamite Give Me Your Love, the A-side of '50th Release Special' is bursting with energy, fine tuned for the dance floor.

Flipping to the B-side Hotmood brilliantly reimagines In The Music featuring the power vocals of Karmina Dai. The release is neatly wrapped up by Foot-Loose's etherial jazzy house mover Nah That's Ross Kemp and Sean Den's Radio 1 loved, disco house tool Ain't No Love.

Leading the way with his retro-futuristic edit of 'Give Me Your Love' is British DJ and remix master Dave Lee (Joey Negro). Infusing fresh and modern twists with themes from the golden era of disco, the ZR Records boss delivers his signature touch to this meticulously recorded, contemporary classic by Luke Delite & Michelle Weeks.

Following suit, with his own equally sublime remix, is Tropical Disco Records label head Moodena. 25 years in the London music scene and Moodena continues to churn out consistently top quality remixes and edits. Lending his invaluable experience to remixing Giman & Chic_Ago's 'The Job', Moodena provides acid synths and choppy guitar licks in this chugged out, disco mix that simply oozes in quality.

@thediscoexpress is a label which has absolutely owned the last 12 months, accelerating from a standing start at the end of 2020 to releasing tracks and remixes by some of the biggest artists in the disco world. They are a perfect blueprint of how to run a label. If you haven't caught any of their work before or a looking for a refresher they are just about to release a sublime Best of 2023 vinyl featuring some of their finest releases of the year including tracks by  some of the stars of the scene including A-listers Dave Lee, Michael Gray and Art of Tones.

Our premier from the EP today is @Generoco's aptly named Disco Jazzin' with it's jazzy Hammond's, pumped up bassline and chunky club focused drums. Originally landing via his EP of the same name it's a real classy joint.
