Clif Jack is an Italian artist known for his dark and driving style of peak time techno, and he continues his bootleg series with an unofficial remix of Daft Punk's classic track "Around The World."

Daft Punk's track 'Around the World' is an iconic track by one of electronic music's most influential acts, and Clif Jack pays homage to it with this unofficial techno version, which lifts the energy with an increased tempo and slamming percussion.

The original version of 'Around the World' is an electro-tinged house single taken from Daft Punk's album Homework, and it's also known for having a quirky music video made by Michel Gondry.

Clif Jack's remix of Around the World takes the original's distinctive vocal and melody, but layers them with a new backing track that orientates a thumping kick drum and thrashing hi-hats. He also adds in dark atmospherics to complete the track's techno transformation.

This rework is a not-for-profit piece of music that pays homage to the original recording. At no point will this version ever go on sale without consent from the copyright owner. Clif Jack makes no claim to own any of the samples from the original recording, and anyone who supports this remix is encouraged to purchase the original track, as a sign of respect to Daft Punk's iconic classic.

Riccardo Andreucci aka GenetiK is an Italian-born DJ/producer based in Tenerife (Canary Islands). His passion for music in general started at an early age when his parents, who were great music lovers, made him listen to vinyls of the greatest artists in the history of music such as Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Bob Marley, Genesis, Michael Jackson and many others. But his passion for electronic music and in particular Hardcore, Techno, Frenchcore was born in 1997, when he and a friend attended one of the big free parties at the ‘Villaggio Globale’, a legend of the occupied Roman social centres. Over the next few years his passion grew out of all proportion and so he decided to buy his first sampler and a computer to start studying, and to composing his own music. In 2016 he decided to leave Italy and move to Tenerife, where in the following years he created OBLIVION #solotechnobrutale, one of the most emblematic Techno parties in the south of the island, creating the first real Techno scene, and also created DNA inc. Techno label together with his fraternal friend Tzoltek, where he releases his tracks. His musical style is characterised by powerful kicks, rolling basslines and scratchy synths that create an explosive mix of Peak Time & Driving Techno. 
His performances reflects a deep emotional complexity paired with rich, immersive brutality.
