The album cover presents The Echelon Hotel as both an architectural marvel and a nightmare. A cliffside fortress looms over a storm-lit sea, its art-deco windows glowing like watchful eyes. Mirrors fracture across the sky, catching crimson streaks of the Lady in Red’s silhouette. In the shadows, faint outlines of four figures — gambler, singer, soldier, activist — are caught mid-scream, dissolving into the walls.
