In 1995,OBORO was formed by 2MC's 1DJ,He is one of the MC's. During the late 90's to the beginning of the 21st century, they were regarded as the legend of Tokyo underground music . They spread out to other projects and are currently playing solo. However,they have not officially "broken up" yet. They still remain obscure yet mysterious.

Sharp melodies, melancholic sounds and ancient rhythms tell the story of the 'Electro Nomad' and his journey between the European Electro scene and Afro-Australian tribal grooves. This mix of organic instruments and circuit bent toys manifests an original approach to electronic music.
