The streets are neon but the colors don’t talk
I’m chasing shadows of a voice I once caught
A labyrinth of sound I can’t unmake
Every step forward feels like a mistake

Where did you go where did you stay
Did you leave your name or throw it away
I’m shouting at the void with nothing to say
Where did you go where did you stay

I painted our story on a broken screen
The pixels scattered like a distant dream
The silence howls like a midnight train
Every song I write echoes your name

But the notes fall out of tune
And I’m lost in a spinning room

Where did you go where did you stay

Tides pull me under the static hum
A kaleidoscope breaks but the colors run
I can’t find the frame can’t rewind the scene
It’s a carousel trapped in a looping machine
