The Beat Battle challenge was to make an Amapiano track!

So what’s Amapiano? I t’s a smooth blend of Afro House and jazz, usually sitting around 110–120 BPM.  The vibe is chilled, groovy, and soulful — never loud or aggressive. No big drops or wild builds — just keep that steady, hypnotic groove flowing.

🥁 The Essentials
Log drum: this is the signature sound. Use it alongside (or instead of) your bass — keep it bouncy and deep.
Percussion: layer shakers, claps, and subtle percs that make you want to move. Remember — swing is everything!
Piano: the heart of Amapiano. Go for catchy riffs and jazzy chords — they’ll carry the groove.
Vocals: optional, but they add soul. Lyrics in Zulu, Xhosa, or even chilled English phrases all work great.
