Largely influenced by bands from the 80s and the 90s, somewhere between psych rock, post punk, new wave and indie rock, GOTM create their own brand of mashed up styles: Psychwave. The band is freshly back from touring Japan and South East Asia.

The Scottish-Italian/French duo got together in East London in the summer of 2016 and later moved to Glasgow. A haunting voice and indie style lyrics on top of hypnotic looped layers of guitars and drum machines, and killer guitar solos. On stage, they like to go with the flow and often end up improvising improbable melodies, creating beautiful and strange new soundscapes. 

Their 2020 album Fake Flowers Never Die caught the attention of BBC radio 6 DJs, added by Vic Galloway of BBC Scotland to his 25 bands to watch out for in 2021 list, and was nominated for the SAY Awards. [Scottish Album of the Year]

Their latest EP ‘The Unraveling’ (released 2022) was named record of the week on BBC Radio Nan Gaidheal and Parisian radio Le Village Pop.

Raised on a small farm in Canada, now living in France, extraordinarily acclaimed genre-defying songwriter and vocalist Selina Martin is like a siren from an undiscovered sea. Martin’s 4th and latest album, i’ve been picking caruso’s brain; i think i have the information we need to make a new world (or …caruso’s brain… for short), was first released in Europe and then in Canada to ecstatic reviews that made comparisons to Bjork, PJ Harvey, CocoRosie, and Talking Heads.  NBT Music Radio in Koln, Germany named it #1 Album of the Year and Starship Overflow Radio in the UK called it “Brilliant …  Superb in every sense of the word”.
