Goa fans have been eagerly waiting for each of his releases ever since his monumental tracks first were leaked to the djs in 2006. Now a bright spotlight will shine focused to hear the magic music this man has created of any genre, using his all hardware studio. With this voyage we hear how deep and widely imaginative this master class musician’s twisted mind can be when making 145 bpm cosmic full power melodic Goa Trance. LSD has been working hard on finding a perfect mix of classical and underground musical traditions blending the new and the old into this special potion which when taken will quickly lift all listeners high into the stratosphere and beyond. Danny Marshall has always been involved with music on the cusp. Beginning with playing the drums at age 16, he was captivated first by the raw metal coming out of the late 80s, and then by the psychedelic rock popular amongst the free-thinkers and outdoor party originators of England. A move to the picturesque top of the South Island of New Zealand saw Danny attend one of the seminal dance parties in New Zealand history ‘The Gathering’, which turned him on to the new sounds coming from studio innovators all around the world. He began Djing psy-trance and soon landed a spot on Nelson’s most popular dance-music station Fresh FM. Continually spinning quality sets on the airwaves led to Danny being phoned up frequently and asked to play at parties all around the region. It was in 2001 that Danny helped found what would become one of the most popular and enduring outdoor parties in New Zealand ‘Stardust’. While involved in the production and music of these parties for the first few years, Danny bought himself a PC and set about teaching himself music production. In 2006 his trance project Lectro Spektral Daze was conceived. From beginnings in minimal and experimental beats, he has now honed his engineering skills and is pumping out large, spacious, dance floor pleasing psychedelic music with a distinct edge. Danny has released music with iconic NZ label Fever Records, Southern Cross Records, as well as Goa Records, Geomagnetic, Power House Records as well as releasing his debut full album, “Psytrance Stole My Space Engine” on Timewarp.

Timewarp presents Persia Vibe’s debut release called Lost in Space. Ali Katiraei was born in Iran. He got acquainted with electronic music in his early youth and over time was more interested in that. He has tried and listened to many different music styles from House and Trance to the soundtrack of computer games. It did not take so long for music to become his main interest in life. Later during his high school, he got known the world of Psychedelic music just by accident, and used to like Nitzhonot music more than every other music style. But, these were just the beginning since with more quests he got familiar with Goa Trance. Nitzhonot and Goa Trance styles had high tempo and their melodies were more eastern and for these specifications he made a deep connection with them. Ultimately, he was a professional listener and then he decided to be a composer to make his contribution to promotion and enhancing the music. Facing all the existing limitations, increasingly he achieved more progress with the help of some of his friends. The Melody is the most important part of his songs. After years of hard work now the result is prepared as an EP just for you.

PersiaVibe - Into The Space

Following their successful releases on Chequered Wax, Fresh Take Records and Andras Records, Bristol & Brighton based duo Sonic Juncture, comprised of Josh Twigge-Molecey & George Protheroe, share their latest EP 'Planetary Pursuit' with Westival Records.

Their opening track, 'XDimensional' hits us with an attention-grabbing sub bass that continues throughout, with a variety of synth textures and a running bassline to take the listener on a spook-filled, trancey journey from beginning to end.

The second track on the EP 'Thursday Groove' is driven by a rubbery bassline, jazzy chords, and crisp percussion. The track cruises through rich synth textures and subtle atmospheres, striking a perfect balance between laid-back groove and dancefloor intent.

'Find My Way' teases us with delayed, garage-like vocals and a mixture of energetic percussion combined with an arpeggiated bass, synthy riffs and tambourine sounds for the track's duration.

In true alignment with the EP's title, 'Planetary Pursuit' (Dub Mix) forms a progressive banger starting with saw tooth synth riffs and an 80s style snare, which make way for a groovy bass synth at the drop. The soulful vocals (Vocal Mix), saxophone reverbs and pipe-like synth throughout add further layers of differentiation to a chaotic yet atmospheric floor-stomper.
