Мы будем фокусироваться на таких важных, необходимых нам состояниях, как любовь, безопасность и чувство принадлежности. Каждый раз, когда я буду приглашать тебя в одно из них, ты можешь вспоминать конкретную ситуацию, где оно проявилось - и то, как твоё тело ощущало себя в этот момент, а затем осознанно расширять это ощущение своим вниманием. Если не получается вспомнить конкретную ситуацию и предлагаемый опыт кажется незнакомым, ты можешь представить, в каких обстоятельствах это было бы возможно. Самое главное – обнаружить, как любовь, безопасность и чувство принадлежности ощущаются в теле. И усилить эти ощущения, напитать всё тело этим опытом.

Эта практика поможет тебе ощутить внутреннюю опору, наполниться ресурсом, укрепить нервную систему и создать основу для гармоничных отношений с собой и внешним миром.  

Практику можно делать сидя или лёжа, рекомендуется слушать в наушниках.

Playing at Harbin Hot Springs Ecstatic Dance was a transcendent experience. Between sets, soaking in the rejuvenating Harbin hot tubs was pure bliss. The warm and friendly community created an inviting atmosphere, making the performance a joy. Big thanks to Leah Sonaria for collaborating in the Sound Healing to close the dance. The Music resonated with the natural surroundings, enhancing the sense of connection and well-being. It was a harmonious fusion of music, movement, and relaxation in the embrace of a serene environment.
