Ovnimoon Records returns with style to the chill music field, presenting VA Paz Vol. 2, the second compilation under its “Paz” seal, which is Spanish for “Peace”. Ovnimoon joined an inspirational journey alongside Itzadragon for an absolute epic compilation of 160 minutes length. A deluxe Double CD edition featuring 20 gems of quality tracks ranging from Ambient, Downtempo to Progressive Chill, infused with touches of Spiritual, Emotional, Ethno and Psychedelic soundscapes. Hector Stuardo, aka Ovnimoon from Chile, is a well-known legend as a Psychedelic Trance composer. However, he also writes chill music under the alias OM, having produced 2 full-length albums of healing music and he also compiled the first volume of VA Paz. Also from Chile but resident in the UK, Itzadragon has been better known under her alias Dew, being the pioneer of transformational festival culture in South America, under Earthdance initiative since 1998, as well as an Ambient & Downtempo DJ since 2002. She is also co-producer of Magikana Festival in the UK. Ovnimoon & Itzadragon joined their sensitive approach to chill out music to present 20 outstanding works by masters from around the globe. Ambient & Downtempo tracks with a Spiritual, Ethno & Emotional touch by Ascent & Argus, Atom Based, Logical Elements, Metamorphosis, OM, Ren Toudu, Virlyn and Hataken featuring Naomi Jean in one of them. The Psychedelic Downtempo selection presents transcending creations by Biolab, Flux Natura, Twin Shape, Ovnimoon & Barby. The Progressive Chill ascension goes with fine works by Amos, Beat Thief, Dream Stalker and Solar Kid featuring Michele Adamson. VA Paz Volume 2 Compilation has been sealed with Healing Love. Certainly a "must have" for yoga & meditation sessions, light working, subtle dance and for all downbeat music lovers looking for ancient, spiritual and transcending psychedelic soundscapes.

Human Case - Wanderlust

While working on completing my second album, I needed a break - and so did Miko. While he was asleep, I created a new track to which he happily added the ethereal sounds of his magic violin. 

Actually I think this is going to be a track on and for my 3rd Album which will probably be released in 2016 or 2017. :D

The Poetry Of A Man

Welcome to the 72nd chapter of the Deep Electronics Podcast. This time mixed by Lars leonhard. A mixture full of texture, rhythm, deepness and more. So enjoy this special set!

Bio:

Lars Leonhard was born in 1973 in Hilden (Duesseldorf). In Lars’ early childhood he recognized his passion for music. In the early 90’s he decided to produce his own music. His affinity to electronically music leads him to ambient, dub techno and deep house music.
The electro musician Lars Leonhard from Düsseldorf/Germany focuses on suggestive sounds. 15 years ago, he made his first experiences with industrial and easy listening productions. At that time, he established his sound basis for his in 2002 founded punk rockband „Chaos Digital“. Till their breakup in 2006 , the band created catchy songs like „Keine wie Du“ for the local music scene.
Concurrently to concerts and performances, Lars worked solely on his own tracks followed by TV jingles for brands and a soundtrack for a graffiti documentation by Robert Kaltenhäuser. Four years ago, he went to Japan and worked temporarily for the German Pavilion during the World Fair „Expo 2005“.  For his further career, he uses his own name „Lars Leonhard“ to proceed.
Electro fans of unique ambient, electro, tech and deep house tracks will admire Lars Leonhard.  In 2010, Lars signed a label contract at BineMusic in Essen/Germany which cooperates with artists like Move D, Benjamin Brunn, Scanner and Martin Nonstatic. Since his debut in 2010 with the release of his track “Citylights” on the compilation Various Artists/ BineVolume I, he further released till now two CD albums Alben „1549“ and „Seasons – Les Quatre Saisons“ thus a vinyl 12 EP „ No Comment„.
Furthermore, a “yellow clear” vinyl on the label “DimbiDeep has been released with the title „Lars Leonhard / Shebuzzz / Supererde / Grasses Of The Past”.
Additionally, innumerable tracks on several labels have been released. Major part of those are digital releases are available in major Music stores.
The year 2013 has been a milestone in Lars career. The American space agency NASA spotted Lars on YouTube and engaged him on a long-term basis. Several scientific videos what are observed and recorded by satellites were highlighted in music by Lars Leonhard. Two videos of that amazing cooperation of both parties can be watched on YouTube.

Dimmat returns to Mindspring with a 3 track EP containing some of his finest work yet. "Another World" sets things off with a spacey ambient feel - gorgeous atmospheres, perfectly timed plucks, and glitchy percussion pull us inwards. Up next, the title track, "Wrath Of Gods", continues the journey with a more synthetic feel - but, no less spacey - building towards a slighty more drum-centric finish. The final track, "The Day After", picks up right where WoG leaves off. The most percusive track in this ambient-driven EP, wraps things up with an emotional appeal. Concise and with purpose, Dimmat takes us on a trip to the outer reaches of inner-self.

Jason resides in San Jose California. He learned to mix spinning trance on vinyl in the 90’s. More recently, he has entered the digital age, and expanded his styles to include all things psychedelic: ambient, chill, dub, downtempo and trance. He has played on the Lotus Stage at the Shankra Festival in Switzerland, as well as at the famed DNA Lounge in San Francisco, California. He is a resident DJ with Psyahgha, and hosts a monthly psychill and downtempo party in Sacramento, California.
The first track I ever heard from Cosmicleaf was the Cydelix remix of “Landscape” by Kick Bong, and it’s still one of my favorite tracks. The breakdown is just epic. I’ve been a huge fan of Cosmicleaf since, and they make frequent appearances in my sets. I’m always looking forward to great new releases from this label!

Red Sun Rising aka Michał Niecikowski is back on Altar with an unique psychill EP, expertly crafted with traditional folk chants and hurdy gurdy sound by Olica aka Aleksandra Suchowiecka. 

Polish traditional music originates from pagan times and is characterized by a rural origin, from a simple people and a memory transmission. It refers to the old Slavic rituals and traditions associated with the annual nature cycle and the human life cycle. It connects to them organically. In this music, singing plays an important role, as well as an open, penetrating, intense and clear voice. People also used instruments such as violin, drums, hurdy-gurdy, flute and bass. In Polish archaic music, there are a lot of elements that can be found in contemporary, experimental and electronic music - repeatability, minimal formal means, return to a single sound, reference to the surrounding nature sounds and trance. 

This EP testifies to the fact that the history of music has come full circle and the old one perfectly complements the new ones !
