This song is about finding one’s soul mate and having that immediate chemistry and connection with someone the very first time you meet them. One my argue that true love often first begins as an obsession and desire. There is electricity in the air, and you can feel an invisible magnetic field that is drawing both of you together both physically and spiritually. She becomes your single obsession and desire. You can’t get her off your mind. You can’t sleep. You can’t eat. Even drinking a bottle of whiskey hasn’t helped. You just need to be with her. I'm a baritone sax player & composer in a contemporary jazz genre from Cologne, Germany (and play clarinet and flute, and the other saxes as well). All woodwind parts on these tracks are played by me (multitrack rec.), all other instruments by virtousi virtuali (with three or four exceptions). All arrangements and by far most compositions are by me.
