Born and raised in the Allgäu, Maks Légère started DJing at 16, playing at small hometown gatherings. His path then led him from Augsburg to Munich, where he became part of the label and event series SO NOT BERLIN, known for its stance against the Berlin hype and its celebration of Munich's progressive club culture. During that time, he played his first club and festival shows and became part of a scene that deliberately positioned itself outside the capital’s shadow.

Years later, in a twist full of irony, he moved to Berlin. Not to chase the hype, but to carve out his own space. After a brief break from music, he found new creative energy, began producing and returned to DJing with a deeper sound. Today, his music merges different shades of house with subtle dub textures: Uplifting, introspective and always off the beaten path. As a founding member of the collective Clique G, Maks creates spaces rooted in connection and intention. With his debut release on Lithuanian label Kontrapunktsound, he opens a new chapter in his musical journey.
