City of Houston next city meeting is scheduled to impeach someone

Texas County Presiding Commissioner Scott Long , Explains that Township and County are peers.  And that Texas County does not have any Control or Authority  over Township.  Although they are happy to listen to complaints against Townships there is nothing they can do about them.

The Government does not care ab out your private property rights

Believe it or not. Armadillos are now NATIVE to Missouri.  That means that they are now protected.  So, they will destroy more Turkey nest and we will have fewer turkeys.  Not to mention more damage to farmers and ranchers land.  If the logic used to claim they are native was used for feral hogs, they would also be native.

The petition that was turned into the Texas county clerk in regards to freeze the property taxes of seniors is officially dead  
In a letter to Tim Tippits of licking,  Mrs. Seyler, Texas County Clerk say s that the SB190  petition that was turned in is MOOT and therefore is legally ineligible to be on the upcoming ballet. 

Mrs Seylers reported that 823 signatures were submitted, some are not residents of texas county and at least 1 is deceased
In the last election there were 11,381 votes of which the petition needed  569. To meet the required

All of the MISGUIDED folks wanting the Texas County Clerk to violate the law SORRY. 

Not happening today.  It is a great thing that our Elected County Officials are holding true to the standard and not the desire of the whimsical populace.  Where would we be if our elected officials would disregard there sworn duties and do whatever got into the mind of misguided and misinformed citizens.
The SB190 Petition is DEAD.  
It was a bad law to start with.  If you are unhappy with how the Commissioners did the only legal thing they could you should complain to your state legislator about them writing laws that cannot be implemented.
