George Woods' new single "Wanted Man" juxtaposes acoustic Singer/Songwriter storytelling, with gritty Moog basses, and programmed drums, all blended into Pop perfection.
"Wanted Man" is the first single from Woods' anticipated EP entitled "Reflecting the Light". Expect to find all the happy heartaches and the (un)requited love songs to bring you those fuzzy feels’ as you sing along to your new favorite tracks.

"Wanted Man" tells a hopeful story for the lonely awkward kid inside of all of us, and touches on the surprise we all feel when we finally connect with that someone. It is a love song that not only lives to pump up the loner, but also brings the feels for the long term lovers of the world. We all remember feeling that "there never was a' one who kept [our] hand". This new release is the celebration, and aspiration for long overdue love.

George Woods is a Boston based artist who has been haunting the clubs of the greater New England area, honing his craft, for years. You may have even seen him on television competing on "Community Auditions" in 2013, or you might have been lucky enough to be one of the 2000+ people to attend his theatrical music and modern dance rock opera "Heartbeat" at the OBERON in Cambridge between 2013 and 2015. Woods has been lying low since the death of his father and mentor David Woods in 2016, and teaching songwriting at the Berklee College of Music. However now he is back in full force, with a new batch of divinely crafted material just waiting to tickle your ear drums.
