04 Wind and Tide

"I Know You Want Me" is an original song written and recorded for the 2005 independent feature Fools Of The Game. CAVEAT EMPTOR: The lyrics reflect a character in the film who was a career sex pest, which is why they're so icky. And clearly I've  listened to Elvis Costello's "This Year's Model" a couple times too many.

Greek Fire

A companion piece to the new album coming out in 2024. I rarely record covers but i love American Music Club and had a copy of Mark Eitzel's 'Four Track Of Shame' tape and was able to work out the weird tuning and playing by ear. 
This was recorded on a Tascam 424 four track in 2003, using a Martin D-35 (which i sold soon after as it kept going out of tune when the weather changed), a crappy Yamaha PSS-590 synth, and cymbals played live on a Roland R8 Mk II, and has been buffed and shined for your listening pleasure. 
No autotune or pitch correction used.
