Another long overdue installment of Deep House Yoga for my DeepBeats Disciples. This one builds long and slow, peaking at about 35 minutes, so start off with a nice gradual warmup, and start your sun salutations a little later to stay in sync. By the 40 minute mark, move into some balance postures and floorwork and then let the dreamy stuff coast you into savasana.

Or just light one up and get lost in the sound ... that works, too :)
