Mayan Warrior is the result of a collaborative project that has united artists, craftsmen, photographers, designers, technologists, architects and musicians from Mexico City and Northern California. 

The project’s original intent was to present to the world the incredible ascent of contemporary Mexican electronic music while paying respect to the deep and ancient sources from which that visual and auditory culture had grown.


Both light and sound are curated by some of the world’s most prominent artists to transport participants to the very origins of the culture – and to a new understanding of contemporary electronic expression.

AND YES: Mayan Warrior is driven from Mexico City to the playa – and back – each year. It's a labor of love and we're glad so many people enjoy it.

HUNTER LEGGITT has been rocking the decks on the radio, at festivals, and legendary parties since the mid-1990s. Coming up as a vinyl junkie and underground hip hop radio DJ, he has evolved his sound into an eclectic and dynamic style, guiding audiences on a musical journey through place and time.

He’s brought his sets to iconic stages, including five performances at Coachella, Lightning in a Bottle, Meow Wolf, and Burning Man’s Titanic’s End and MAXA. Along the way, Hunter has shared the booth with artists like Diplo, Grimes, GRiZ, The Pharcyde, Reggie Watts, and Cut Chemist.

What started with DJ'ing at a skating rink when I was 14 has become a lifetime love of finding and sharing the music I love.  Inspirations range from classic jam bands, folk, global travel and deep playa.  
This new journey fulfills a lifetime creative desire to share my love of music and make some of my own.  Music is memory and hope and feeling.  It's a journey and YOU are invited.

Julia Sandstorm is a Swedish DJ and producer whose dynamic, boundary-pushing sound has captured audiences around the world. Born in Stockholm and now based in Los Angeles, her musical identity reflects a life shaped by diverse cultures and rhythms, resulting in a rich fusion of elevated tribal, Latin, and melodic house, layered with soulful vocals, driving percussion, and hints of rock ‘n’ roll and old-school R&B.

On Ibiza, Julia has made her mark with multiple standout performances, including Elrow at UNVRS, Woomoon at Cova Santa, Flower Power at Pacha, and shows in Chinois. Her sets radiate energy and have taken her to some of the world’s most iconic stages and festivals. She has shared lineups with electronic heavyweights like Rufus du Sol, Solomun, Diplo, Swedish House Mafia, Vintage Culture, Paco Osuna, Carl Cox, Black Coffee, Bedouin, Blondish, and LP Giobbi. Julia has also graced venues such as Red Rocks in Colorado, Burning Man, Electric Zoo, Snow Lodge Aspen, Art With Me, Club Chinois, Abracadabra, and many more.

As a producer and remixer, Julia has released music on labels like LP Giobbi’s Yes Yes Yes, Insomniac Records, and Playground Music. Standout tracks include Sarvam and Simmer, alongside her original track Leviosa and a creative remix of Ace of Base’s “All That She Wants.” Known for her magnetic stage presence and connection with the crowd, Julia Sandstorm continues to rise as one of the most compelling talents in contemporary dance music, bringing her electrifying sound to clubs and festivals across the globe.
