This first Split EP from Forest and GAUSS represents their take on modern trance music. Each track, while belonging to a specific sub-genre, shares a distinct primitive and organic touch. From heady and menacing synths to tribal and movement-inducing percussion, each composition is crafted to convey both emotions and the urge to move.

Water Lilies is a bass-driven goa-inspired track featuring airy synths and percussion that echoes like aquatic ripples, creating a fluid and hypnotic soundscape.

In keeping with the organic minimalism that defines Geosmine's visual identity, Arroyo designed an artwork incorporating Pre-Columbian and Gothic art influences, centered around reptile figures.

In a cramped server corridor, bathed in the cold blue light of a thousand neon tubes, a pilot prepares for departure. 🕶️ This is OZONE, not just a DJ, but a user who has pushed the limits of virtual reality. Her body may be here, nestled amongst the hardware that powers the grid, but her mind is already gone, racing at impossible speeds through landscapes of pure data. The VR headset isn't just a screen; it's the gateway, the cockpit of her digital existence.

The world outside this room is irrelevant. The only reality is the one she chooses. 🌐 She is trapped in the grid, but it is a prison of her own design, a digital playground where she makes the rules. The speakers that flank her are not for an audience; they are thrusters, propelling her deeper into the simulation. The wires snaking across the floor are her lifelines, feeding her the sensory data she translates into sound, and in turn, the sound she creates alters the world she perceives.

The music is the manifestation of her journey: high-octane, relentlessly fast, and filled with the exhilarating disorientation of moving at the speed of light. It's the sonic equivalent of a light cycle race, a data heist, a dive into the core of a corrupted AI. ⚡ It’s the sound of information overload, of digital worlds being born and deleted in the space of a heartbeat. This is techno at its most frantic and futuristic, a soundtrack for a mind untethered from its physical form.
