Breevie is the product of lyrical thoughts laying dormant in his mind since 1991. He was born on Chicago's Southside and took up rapping as a hobby one day in 6th grade detention after hearing one of his friends freestyle. For the next decade, he spent everyday dreaming of a life that revolved around music. Unfortunately, a lack of confidence and society's pressures prolonged the start of his already written path(Maktub) until a spiritual awakening his junior year of college.

Breevie received knowledge that should have been taught to him throughout his life-long schooling and knew this information, if spread, would change the world. After meditation, constant reading, and chance encounters he realized that music is the best channel to spread this knowledge through.

Currently, Breevie walks the path he believes was set forth for him by a higher power at the dawn of time; unwavering no matter the obstacle and growing physically, intellectually, and spiritually as he does so.
