"a simple melody" - you can describe it even more simply - a simple motif - ...but what this master of romantic compositional art does with it is "simply beautiful"!

Voici une pièce que j'ai faite il y a un certain moment avec Gary Courtland-Miles (Anomon).  Il m'a demandé si je pouvais ajouter des orchestrations sur une de ses magnifiques pièces de piano.  Sur le thème de l'Amour et l'importance de sa place dans nos vies.

Here's a piece I did some time ago with Gary Courtland-Miles (Anomon).  He asked me if I could add orchestrations on one of his beautiful and heartfelt piano pieces.  This is all about Love and the importance of it in our lives.

When I walk at dawn in spring through one of my usual birding areas, there is a moment when I am sorrounded by rainbow of colors and fluted trills. It is the neighborhood of the bee-eaters.

FLUTED TRILLS

Very light, sweet piece of pop this... not recommended if you're feeling old and cynical... or then again maybe it will be just what the doctor ordered, not that being old or cynical is a disease of any kind, no.

This is what happens when I listen to Louis Armstrong again: I pick up my clarinet and start playing !  I'm using an A clarinet on this one , tried to play as a trumpetist (whish I was also BTW...  I did have a little try with my old bother's trumpet...but not there yet ! ) .  Anyway, I hope you like this little swing cooked up Home in New Orleans-style with a little help from  Ireal Pro !!
