With boundless energy and hard-hitting lyrics, Citron Sucré fuses electro beats, powerful bass and addictive melodies to deliver a sound at the crossroads of pop, punk and electro. Driven by strong themes - feminism, generational resilience - the project's music is committed, fiery and liberating. Now performing as a duo on stage with acoustic drums, the live show takes on a more punk/rock/garage dimension, a foretaste of the debut album due on 25 April 2025. A powerful project, between rage and euphoria, where we dance as much as we rebel.
The latest single, ‘T Qu'un Gros FDC’, released on 12 February 2025, is about those lazy guys who don't understand that a no is a no. An all-too-common subject, set to music with heavy bass and raw energy. A second single arrived on 12 March, in the same vein and even more incisive.
The album will be released on 25 April 2025, and will be accompanied by a tour of France and neighbouring countries from March onwards. Release party on 10 April at Sonic in Lyon.
