“I live with OCD and I am on the ADHD spectrum, which is the inspiration behind this song. A deep dive into my favourite pop/punk albums from my youth inspired me to revisit this and make it into the song I always knew it could be. This is about anxiety and exposure treatment; how it is a challenge and that in time it will get better and will be OK. I hope you enjoy this anthem”
