Geri Ward | Over 30 years experience; 20 years - as a successful International Pro Vocalist, lead vocals, backing vocals, session vocals, Bands, Duo’s & Solo.

Vocal Range: Contralto/Alto. 

Studies: Performing Arts  & Stage management (ND, HND), musical theatre, certification in contemporary dance.

Beginner guitar tutor. 

Having re-discovering and re-igniting an old passion….now her new muse - Geri’s Acoustic Guitar! (She has rarely played since her teens.) 
Geri now plays everyday, without question. She is totally committed, focused, and dedicated on being the best she can be.
Geri is re-emerging from her “retirement”  reviving her career in music as a, “Solo Acoustic Performer.” Doing the songs she wants to do without an agent breathing down her neck! And so here we have -  the inception of, “GERI WARD MUSIC”.

We are thrilled to announce the release of Geri’s first solo single in June 2021- vocal cover of Bette Midler’s - 
Wind Beneath My Wing’s - in memory of my late Mum.  Under her own record label, “MAWMUSIC”, again as a accolade to her late Mum (RIP), by using her initials.

Currently in rehearsals honing her craft, to ensure she is performance and gig ready. 

Geri is scheduled to SHOWCASE her new solo career at the following events:

- “The Harrogate Food & Drink Festival”(Ripley Castle, North Yorkshire) -  30th August 2021. 

- “The Leeds Food & Drink Festival” (Soldiers Field, Roundhay Park, West Yorkshire) - 11th September 2021

- As well as a number of PRIVATE functions for clients within the home setting… they say “staying home” is the new going out!
