[26/11/2021] How to Replace Anxiety, Sadness with Happiness and Contentment - By Abu Idrees Muhammad Khān  حفظه الله.

- The four things contained in what Allāh has decreed.
- The du’ā’ for sadness and anxiety that the Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said is imperative to learn.

 اللّهُـمَّ إِنِّي عَبْـدُكَ ابْنُ عَبْـدِكَ ابْنُ أَمَتِـكَ نَاصِيَتِي بِيَـدِكَ مَاضٍ فِيَّ حُكْمُكَ عَدْلٌ فِيَّ قَضَاؤكَ أَسْأَلُـكَ بِكُلِّ اسْمٍ هُوَ لَكَ سَمَّـيْتَ بِهِ نَفْسَكَ أِوْ أَنْزَلْتَـهُ فِي كِتَابِكَ  أَوْ عَلَّمْـتَهُ أَحَداً مِنْ خَلْقِـكَ أَوِ اسْتَـأْثَرْتَ بِهِ فِي عِلْمِ الغَيْـبِ عِنْـدَكَ أَنْ تَجْـعَلَ القُرْآنَ رَبِيـعَ قَلْبِـي وَنورَ صَـدْرِي وجَلَاءَ حُـزْنِي وذَهَابَ هَمِّـي


- The four great foundations that must be understood and implemented in order to reap the great reward mentioned in the ḥadīth:
    1. We must understand that we are slaves of Allāh.
    2. We must believe in and accept the decree of Allāh.
    3. We must believe in and understand the Beautiful Names and Perfect Attributes of Allāh.
    4. We must give importance to the Book of Allāh.
