- Ibn Taymiyyah’s (رحمه الله) definition of at-Ta’zīr. 
- Ibn Jarīr (رحمه الله) on the meaning of at-Tawqīr.
- A benefit regarding what we should do if we do not understand something when seeking knowledge. 
- The second matter: A mention of some instances of revering and respecting the Prophet ﷺ in his lifetime.
- 1. The impermissibility of speaking before the Messenger ﷺ up until he gives permission, and its evidence from the Qur’ān.  
- 2. The impermissibility of raising one’s voice above the voice of the Messenger ﷺ, and its evidence from the Qur’ān.
- The story of how Thābit b. Qays (رضى الله عنه) was deeply affected by the revelation of this āyah (Sūrah al-Ḥujurāt 49:2).
