Just as the perpetual motion of fictitious spaces and times, Souvenirs From Imaginary Cities is an amorphous and hazy musical territory. The label’s identity has roots in places we’ve never been and echoes from a futuristic past, when aerial photography was still an artform untouched by search engine capitalists.    

Uptempo electronic music, slow burning rhythms, mesmerizing tunes emphasizing tone and atmosphere, from computer incantations to human percussion in its rudest form, it’s a soundtrack leaving listeners puzzled and undecided. At times suited for brain orgies, at others designed for dancefloors in control of brave DJs exploring unmapped territories. Enter our skylab at the 51st floor metaphor, take a seat, sit back, enjoy the view and switch the sound system on. 

Souvenirs From Imaginary Cities was founded by Kong DJ and Hill Men in 2020 in Brussels and Antwerp, Belgium.
